A little about me..
My names Maddie (but you can call me Mads) and I am here to guide you to become the baddest bitch in the gym.
I have over 5 years experience in the gym working with my own coaches, developing my own knowledge and experience around training, nutrition and mindset.
I’ve been through extreme dieting phases, and I’ve also been through uncomfortable building phases.
I’ve been the girl who half assed her reps, I’ve been the girl who couldn’t get out of bed for a 9am class.
My journey hasn’t been an easy one, but all of the challenges I have faced have allowed me to become the coach that I am today.
I am qualified in my Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, along with my Certificate 4 in Nutrition.
What’s the difference between me and every other coach online?
Within my style of coaching, I want to see you fail. I want to push you to achieve the things that you say you want to achieve.
I’m not here to tell you to “listen to your body” and I don’t want you to just “go through the movements” each session.
I want to see you push yourself, I want you to get uncomfortable.
I’ll hold you accountable and hold you to a high standard.
I believe that getting uncomfortable is key to achieving the growth and results that you desire in the gym.
I’ll give you the support and guidance necessary to guarantee you achieve your goals.
