    The 3 Phase Method

    Phase 1 — Foundation (Weeks 1–4) 

    Before we touch your body composition, we build the base. Nutrition targets set. Training baseline established. Habits locked in. 

    This phase exists so that when we move into the structured program, you're already executing consistently and we're not losing weeks to setup.


    Phase 2 — Structured Build (Weeks 5–16) 

    12 weeks of progressive training and dialled-in nutrition focused on your goal, fat loss, muscle gain, or both. 

    The plan adjusts weekly based on real data. 


    Phase 3 — Consolidation & Reset 

    After the structured phase, we stabilise your results, optimise your calories, and set the foundation for whatever comes next.
