Hey, I’m Maddie—but you can call me Mads—and I’m here to help you become the baddest bitch in the gym.

With over five years of experience training under my own coaches, I’ve learned firsthand what it takes to build muscle, get strong, and create lasting results. I’ve been through the extremes—strict dieting, uncomfortable building phases, and the struggle to stay consistent. I’ve been the girl who half-assed her reps, and I’ve been the girl who couldn’t get out of bed for a 9 AM class. I get it because I’ve lived it.

But through those challenges, I built the knowledge, mindset, and discipline that transformed my training—and now, I help women like you do the same.

As a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist (Cert III & IV in Fitness, Cert IV in Nutrition), I combine science-backed training and nutrition with a no-BS approach to coaching. My goal is to push you past your limits, help you train with confidence, and create a plan that actually fits your lifestyle. Because getting strong isn’t just about lifting heavier—it’s about showing up for yourself, inside and outside the gym.
